Denmark

Friday we arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark.  Our flight was long..4 hours from Phoenix to Atlanta and about 9 hours to Denmark.  We didn't get a chance to see much..it was chilly and raining.  We're staying at a Old Hotel, The Palace Hotel in a great area.  Close to restaurants and shops..on cobble stone streets.  The art work is so cool...very contemporary and colorful.  We have noticed that everything is very expensive..when we got caught in the rain..buying an umbrella would have cost about $60.00.  Thank goodness we weren't far from the hotel..so we toughed it out and walked in the rain.  The pictures are few..but we thought interesting. We'll post pictures later.   Saturday we board a ship and will try to stay caught up on the blog.  Not sure of our first stop but it should be interesting.  Hope everyone is okay.
